on October 6, 2020Really nice view of this woodpecker. I would suggest that it is a Hairy Woodpecker rather than a Downy--based on the size of his bill and overall size--otherwise they look almost exactly alike. To make it all the more confusing, they often live in the same environment at the same time! ;-)
